In situations where people act in dismissive and unhelpful ways that does not maintain it as a place to be heard, we abide by our terms of service and user policy. These guidelines apply to all people who interact with Chatfully’s ecosystem of technologies and influence its purpose.

Free Trial Cancellation Policy Notice

Any trial can be cancelled without penalty by notifying our team using at least 1 of the following 3 options:

  1. Notify our team at least one (1) business day in advance using help@chatfully.io;
  2. Text or call +1 (844) 939-CHAT (2428);
  3. Cancel by using the cancel option within the billing section of the platform.
